Where apartments are built on waterfront land and there is not ample room to install a private pontoon for each unit owner, then a Mini Marina is the best option.  Mini Marina’s are designed to provide the most efficient layout utilising the lease area available to maximum usage.   Where berths are under 12m no piles are required and therefore fingers can be easily relocated along the main walkway to minimise or maximise berth space.
